Beijing time, May 20th morning news, according to Taiwan media reports, the Taiwan "national communications and Communication Commission" (NCC) 19, through the determination of the unified specification of the mobile phone charger connection interface, from 2012 will be the first force in the world.

In order to make the cell phone charging interface specification in line with the international standards, NCC determines the charge connection of the mobile phone by "GSM900 and DCS1800 mobile telephone technical specifications", "1900 MHz digital low power PHS terminal equipment specification", "third generation mobile communication terminal equipment specification" and "wireless broadband access table technical specification". The unified specification of the interface requires the unified specification of the charging interface between the mobile phone and the charger.

NCC said that, in order to make the cell phone charger unified and standardized, to provide consumer convenience services, and to conform to the world trend, the committee through relevant technical specifications stipulates that from January 1, 2011 to December 31st, the charger plug plugs from the sockets and charging lines with the cell phone and the same charger are required. Use the unified specification (USB STD-A).

NCC spokesman Chen Zhengcang said that the same charger can be used in the future people with different brands of mobile phones, which not only reduces the waste of resources, but also increases the convenience of use, and can also achieve the environment-friendly spirit of energy saving and low carbon.

Before the mandatory implementation in 2012, the buffer period is from January 1, 2011 to December 31st. NCC said that the global standardization of mobile phone chargers is scheduled for 2013. Taiwan has been mandatory since 2012, leading the world.
